Delivery Days

Frozen Products - Order from Monday to Thursday by 12.30pm for delivery between Tuesday and Friday (Next Day Service)

Please note that delivery dates may be affected by public and bank holidays. There are also certain areas which fall under a two day delivery zone for our couriers. They include the Scottish Highland and Islands, the Isle of Man and Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands and the Isles of Scilly.

Delivery times, address & leaving safe

Your order will be delivered between 8.00am and 6.00pm on the day you choose. Unfortunately we can't give you an exact time for delivery. If you're out when delivery is attempted we can ask the driver to leave it somewhere safe. Please provide instructions when placing your order. You can also arrange delivery to an alternative address such as a neighbour, customer or depot if it's more convenient. We cannot accept responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly.
