Each of our Wild Gathering Gourmet meal recipes have been individually created by our award winning chef, using his own specialist methods to produce beautifully tasty dishes that can act as the perfect centre piece for a memorable dining in experience. Our dishes are created using only the freshest ingredients available and our sustainably sourced exotic meats and seafood allow the natural flavours to come through in abundance.

Once cooked our dishes are blast frozen to preserve the natural flavours, this means they are free from any additives and preservatives. We have been very careful when creating these dishes to ensure that many are in fact gluten free, dairy free as well as being low in fat and calories. Wild Gathering Gourmet meals are a fantastically healthy alternative to your everyday meal or for those special occasions.

Our meals are delivered frozen direct to your door so you can put them straight into the freezer. They are created so they can be cooked straight from frozen in the microwave or oven for maximum convenience for lunches and evening meals.
