Delivery service

We will deliver to your chosen address (either office or house) anywhere in the mainland UK using a next day courier service.  Any order placed before noon on a working day will normally be delivered the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.  Our delivery charge is £6.99 for orders under £60.00. (FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £60.00). There is a surcharge of £20.00 if a Saturday delivery is required and a £10.00 surcharge for overwater deliveries (Isle of Man, Scottish Islands etc), which can take two days to deliver.

Your meat order is kept cool in transit because we pack your meat with frozen sachets which is then put in an insulated polystyrene box. If you have frozen meat in your order it may start to cool your fresh goods even more. The insulated polystyrene box is leak proof and sturdy and will keep your meat at the correct temperature for at least 24 hours. 

Once you have given us a place and day to deliver, it is your responsibility to be available for the courier. If for any reason Kezie Ltd can not supply your order we will contact you and reschedule a day suitable to yourself.  If you are not going to be available all day to recieve your delivery can you please e-mail us (with your order number) if there is somewhere safe the courier can leave your order. The courier will not leave your order safe unless instructed by us to do so. If you are not in at the time of delivery the courier will leave you a card with a contact number for you to re-arrange delivery.
