Standard Next Day: £6.99
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Scottish Islands: £15.00
Eire and Channel Islands: £25.00
 
Surcharges
Saturday: £25.00 additional

Packaging
Your goods are either vacuum packed or sealed in sturdy trays and are then carefully and securely packed with sachets of ice into our insulated cool boxes (above) ensuring your goods are kept at the perfect temperature.

Delivery days
Frozen orders can be placed by telephone by 13.00pm every day and delivered next day, Tuesday to Friday. So orders received on a Monday for example, will be with you on Tuesday and so on, throughout the week. Chilled orders can be placed by telephone by 12.30pm on Mondays for delivery on Wednesdays and 12.30pm on Wednesdays for delivery on Fridays. Please note that delivery dates may be affected by public and bank holidays. There are also certain areas which fall under a two day delivery zone for our couriers. They are mainly the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Delivery times
Your order will be delivered between 8.00am and 6.00pm on the day you choose. Unfortunately we can't give you an exact time for delivery.
 
Delivery address & leaving safe
If you're out when delivery is attempted we can ask the driver to leave it somewhere safe. Please provide instructions when placing your order. You can also arrange delivery to an alternative address such as a neighbour or workplace if it's more convenient. We cannot accept responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly.
