How do I order?
The best way for you to place an order is through this website. All you need to do is either register or login to your account then select the products you'd like to purchase and add them to your basket. Once you've added all of your products into the basket you will need to choose a delivery date. You then need to proceed to the checkout and follow the on screen instructions to pay.

Can I order by telephone?
Yes we are more than happy to take orders over the telephone. Please call us on 01361 884 006 and one of our expert staff will be on hand to help you.

Do you have a shop I can visit?
Unfortunately not but if you're passing through Duns please feel free to come and visit us.

When will I get my delivery?
We can deliver your order on any day that suits you, from Tuesday to Friday. If you require a Saturday delivery please telephone 01361 884 006 after placing your order. Your order will be delivered between 8.30am and 5.30pm on the date you choose. We can?t specify an exact time so please ensure you provide instructions for our driver if you?re out when we try to deliver. This could be an alternative delivery address such as your place of work or a safe place to leave your order such as a garage or porch.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery on all orders over £60 is FREE. Our standard delivery cost is £6.99 for all UK Mainland addresses. The delivery cost for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Scottish Islands is £15.00. There is also an additional £15.00 surcharge for Saturday deliveries.

How will my order be packed?
Your individual products will either be vacuum packed or sealed in trays. They are then placed into our durable re-usable insulated coolboxes with sachets of ice. This keeps your products at the perfect temperature until it is delivered.

Is it safe to send meat through the post?
Certainly. Our packaging and our ice cooling system can keep your products frozen for up to 48 hours which is more than enough time for it to get to you. If however any of your products are defrosted when you receive them we'd be happy to send you a replacement. Please give us a call 01361 884 006.

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order hasn't been delivered by 5.30pm on your delivery date please either call us on 01361 884 006 or email info@kezie.com and we will do our best to track your order for you.
