'It was in perfect condition'

Order arrived today, 28/01/11, at 1450hrs.  It was in perfect condition, it was far better packed with ice packs than the last time I ordered this type of consignment from a supplier of exotic meats.  The last one I used the ice was totally melted, that was within 48 hrs of them dispatching it, and me receiving it.  You are perfect in the way you send out your products; I will happily use your services again. Thank you for our delivery of meats from yourselves, we tried the marinated ostrich steaks last night and thoroughly enjoyed them griddled. We will try the kangaroo tomorrow and am sure we will enjoy them just the same. Everything arrived still well frozen and beautifully packaged and labelled. As soon as the freezer runs down a little I will be ordering further supplies.
