Springbuck meat is one of the finest game meats available.  It has a beautiful red colour and a fine thread. It tastes very refined with a subtle flavour; this is because springbucks eat a herbal diet of various grass and leaf kinds.  A great tender game meat to try and about as natural as you can get!
