Blesbok Meat

Blesbok are indigenous to Southern Africa and are found in large numbers in all national parks with open grasslands. Blesbok is a beautiful red meat and has a medium grain and a very refined, subtle game taste. Blesbok meat is also very low in fat and cholesterol whist being high in iron and protein.
