Impala Meat

Impala are the most common African antelope and are found in large numbers throughout the open grasslands and woodland areas of Southern Africa.  In certain areas it is said there are more Impala than people! The meat from the Impala is red in colour with a medium grain. It has a very refined and subtle game taste. It is important not to overcook this meat as it contains very little fat and is high in protein and iron.
