Angus Beef

Aberdeen Angus is a native British breed, dating back to the 1800s. The secret of good beef is to keep your cattle happy and healthy. Our cattle are home produced on the rolling hills of the Scottish borders. These magnificent cattle are grass fed outside during the warmer months. Once the weather turns, we bring them into the barns, where they have plenty of room, lots of fresh straw bedding and are fed on silage and cereal based feed.

Borders Lamb

Our Scottish Borders Lamb is home produced on lush grass in the summer and hay and cereals in the winter time.  In an extensive system our lambs have a stress free area to grow and thrive.  This environment  give healthy strong lamb constantly  all year round.
