For best results, cook from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only. Please ensure product is thoroughly cooked through before serving.
Grill:
- Pre-heat the grill on a medium heat.
- Remove the product from the packaging.
- Place on the Grill and cook for 8-10 minutes (approx).
- Turn frequently throughout cooking.
Oven:
- Pre-heat the oven on a 180oC
- Remove the product from the packaging.
- Place on a baking tray, brush with a little oil
- Place on the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes (approx).
- Turn frequently throughout cooking
BBQ:
- Pre-heat the BBQ to a medium heat.
- Remove the product from the packaging.
- Place on the BBQ and cook for 10-12 minutes (approx).
- Turn frequently throughout cooking.
Keep frozen at -18°C. Use by date indicated on the pack. Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
