Selected Mushrooms, Water, Pea Protein, Modified Cellulose, Vegetable Oil, Seasoning (Malt Extract, Salt, Dextrose, Spices (ground black pepper, ground coriander, ground white pepper), Onion Powder, Yeast Extract, Garlic Powder), Rapeseed Oil.

For best results pan fry from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is piping hot and thoroughly cooked throughout before serving. Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
PAN FRY FROM FROZEN 1. Remove the burgers from the packaging. 2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a low-medium heat. 3. Fry the burgers over a low-medium heat for 12-15 minutes. 4. Turn occasionally and reduce heat if necessary.
OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN 1. Remove the burgers from the packaging. 2. Pre heat the oven to 200°C/ Fan 180°C/Gas 4. 3. Cook the burgers for 20-25 minutes. 4. Turn occasionally and reduce heat if necessary
