Cooking Instructions
For best results defrost, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
PAN FRY from Chilled
- Remove from all packaging.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
- Fry over a low to medium heat for 6-8 minutes.
- Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.
- Add to your favourite recipe.
GRILL from Chilled
- Remove from all packaging.
- Heat the grill to a medium heat.
- Pop under and grill for 6-8 minutes.
