What's it like? Made from a recipe developed and refined over 70 years, our Haggis from Charles MacLeod was awarded Gold Great Taste Award from the Guild of Fine Foods in 2014. With a delicious, savoury flavour and light crumbly texture, our hand made 1kg haggis will serve 5-6 portions.

Cooking Instructions
For best results defrost, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
OVEN from Chilled
- Remove from all packaging.
- Place in a casserole dish & cover
- Heat oven to a medium heat 180 degrees (Gas Mark 6)
- Cook for approximately 1 hour
- Serve piping hot
HOB from Chilled
- Remove from all packaging
- Place in a pan, add water and cover
- Simmer on a low heat (AVOID BOILING AS SKIN CAN SPLIT)
- Cook for approximately 1 hour
- Check to top up water if needed
- Serve piping hot
MICROWAVE from Chilled
- Remove from all packaging.
- Remove, skin & metal chips
- Place in a microwave dish
- Heat until piping hot
