What's it like? Our diced crocodile is delicate and flaky white meat, perfect for summer BBQs or fine dining.

Why not try:

  • Crocodile Coconut Curry: Marinate the crocodile meat in a mixture of coconut milk, curry powder, minced garlic, and ginger. Sauté onions and bell peppers in a pot until softened. Add the marinated crocodile meat and cook until browned. Stir in more coconut milk and simmer until the crocodile is tender and the flavours meld together. Serve the crocodile coconut curry with steamed jasmine rice and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  • Crocodile Stir-Fry: In a hot wok or skillet, stir-fry the crocodile with an assortment of colourful vegetables like peppers, mangetout, carrots, and broccoli. Add a sauce made with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and a touch of honey or chilli sauce for a savoury and flavorful dish. Serve the crocodile stir-fry over steamed rice or noodles.
  • Crocodile Tacos: Sauté crocodile meat with onions and garlic until cooked through. Season with your favourite taco seasoning or a mix of cumin, chilli powder, paprika, and oregano. Serve the crocodile taco filling in warm tortillas with toppings like shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, and a squeeze of lime juice.
  • Crocodile and Vegetable Kebabs: Thread crocodile meat onto skewers along with a variety of vegetables like peppers, courgettes, and cherry tomatoes. Brush the kebabs with a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, and your choice of herbs, like rosemary or thyme. Grill the kebabs until the crocodile is cooked through and the vegetables are charred and tender.
  • Crocodile Satay Skewers: Marinate diced crocodile meat in a mixture of soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and minced garlic. Thread the marinated crocodile onto skewers and grill or broil until cooked through. Serve the crocodile satay skewers with a side of peanut sauce for dipping.

Cooking Instructions

For best results pan fry from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure that the product is piping hot, thoroughly cooked and no pink colour remains before serving.

Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.


  • Pre-heat the BBQ to a medium heat.
  • Remove the product from the packaging.
  • Place on the BBQ and cook for 5-8 minutes
  • Turn frequently throughout cooking.

Keep frozen at -18°C. Use by date indicated on the pack. Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
