Why not try:
- Kangaroo Burger Lettuce Wraps: Grill or pan-sear kangaroo burger patties and serve them wrapped in large lettuce leaves. Add a colorful mix of toppings such as sliced avocado, pickled red onions, and shredded carrot. Drizzle with a tangy yogurt-based dressing or a zesty lemon vinaigrette.
- Kangaroo Burger Sliders with Beetroot and Pineapple: Prepare smaller-sized kangaroo burger patties for sliders. Grill or pan-sear the sliders and assemble them on mini buns with slices of grilled pineapple, cooked beetroot, and a smear of tomato chutney. The combination of flavors offers a sweet and savory balance.
- Kangaroo Burger Stir-Fry: Crumble and cook kangaroo burger meat in a hot wok or skillet with a colorful mix of vegetables such as peppers, snow peas, and broccoli florets. Add a stir-fry sauce made from soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and a hint of honey. Serve the kangaroo burger stir-fry over steamed rice or rice noodles.
- Kangaroo Burger Salad with Macadamia Dressing: Grill or pan-sear kangaroo burger patties and slice them into thin strips. Arrange the sliced kangaroo burger over a bed of mixed greens. Add chopped macadamia nuts, diced mango, and crumbled feta cheese. Drizzle the salad with a creamy macadamia nut dressing for a tropical and nutty flavor.
- Kangaroo Burger with Grilled Eggplant and Harissa Mayo: Grill or pan-sear kangaroo burger patties and layer them with slices of grilled aubergine. Spread a generous amount of harissa mayo on the buns for a touch of heat. Top the kangaroo burger with fresh arugula and serve with a side of sweet potato fries.

Absolutely delicious burgers, red meat but very light with a slight savoury flavour with depth
Very little seasoning needed, or even better none atall.
