About Product
What's it like? Our buffalo mince is similar to beef but stronger in taste and extremely juicy, offering a lean, tender, and nutritious alternative to traditional beef.
  • Our Buffalo meat is sourced directly from Italy.
  • It's manufactured by us here at Kezie.
  • Includes 1 x 500g pack buffalo mince.

Why not try:

  1. Buffalo Bolognese: In a large skillet, sauté onions, garlic, and carrots until softened. Add the mince and cook until browned. Stir in canned crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, dried oregano, and basil. Simmer the sauce until the flavours meld together. Serve the buffalo Bolognese over your favourite pasta, such as spaghetti or fettuccine, and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  2. Buffalo Meatballs in Marinara Sauce: Mix the mince with breadcrumbs, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and an egg. Form the mixture into meatballs and bake or pan-fry until cooked through. Simmer the meatballs in marinara sauce until they are heated through and coated in the sauce. Serve the buffalo meatballs with a side of garlic bread or in a meatball sub.
  3. Buffalo Tacos: Season the mince with taco seasoning or a blend of chilli powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Cook the seasoned mince until browned. Serve the buffalo mince in taco shells or soft tortillas with your favourite taco toppings, such as shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and a drizzle of sour cream.
  4. Buffalo Stuffed Peppers: Cook the mince with diced onions and garlic until browned. Stir in cooked rice, canned diced tomatoes, and your choice of herbs and spices. Stuff the mince mixture into halved peppers and bake until the peppers are tender and the filling is heated through.
  5. Buffalo Chili: Sauté onions, garlic, and peppers in a pot until softened. Add the mince and cook until browned. Stir in canned kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and chilli seasoning. Simmer the chilli until the flavours meld together. Serve the buffalo chilli with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of chopped green onions.
  6. Buffalo Cottage Pie: Cook the mince with onions, garlic, and mixed vegetables like peas, carrots, and corn. Season with Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and rosemary. Transfer the mince mixture to a baking dish and top it with a layer of mashed potatoes. Bake until the mashed potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
