BBQ:
- Pre-heat the BBQ to a medium heat.
- Remove the product from the packaging.
- Place on the BBQ and cook for 15-18 minutes
- Turn frequently throughout cooking.
Keep frozen at -18°C. Use by date indicated on the pack. Should this product defrost, keep it refrigerated and consume it within 2 days.
- Sausage Skewers: Thread chunks of sausages, along with colourful peppers, onions, and cherry tomatoes, onto skewers and then grill the skewers until the sausages are nicely charred and the vegetables are tender. Serve with a dipping sauce like tzatziki or a homemade aioli alongside a fresh salad or couscous.
- Steak Sandwich: Grill or pan-sear the steak to your desired level of doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Toast a crusty baguette or ciabatta roll. Spread a layer of your favourite condiments like mayonnaise, mustard, or horseradish sauce on the bread. Layer the sliced steak on top and add toppings like sautéed onions, roasted peppers, and melted cheese. Serve the steak sandwich with a side of fries or a fresh salad.
- Mushroom Swiss Burger: Sauté sliced mushrooms with garlic and thyme in butter until tender. Grill or pan-sear the burgers and top them with the sautéed mushrooms and Swiss cheese. Cover the burgers for a minute to let the cheese melt. Serve the Mushroom Swiss burgers on toasted buns with a spread of Dijon mustard.
